Return Policy

You have a 15-day window from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please reach out to our Customer Service team at the Contact Page. Include your name, email address, and order number in your request. Once approved, you'll receive detailed instructions on returning the items. Please note, customers are responsible for covering the initial shipping costs for returns. Upon receipt of the returned items, these costs will be refunded to you as store credit.

Refund Process

After we receive your returned item and conduct an inspection, you'll receive an email notification regarding its status. If approved, the refund amount for the item will be processed. You can expect to see the credit applied to your original payment method within a few days. Additionally, we'll issue a voucher equal to the return shipping costs (upon proof of shipment), which can be used on our store.
